Preparation and cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 x 12oz / 340g tin corned beef
1 x 15 3/4oz / 447g tin baked beans
1 x 10oz / 295g tin concentrated tomato soup
1 x 7oz / 175g tin tomatoes
1 x 9oz / 250g tin rice (or pre-cooked rice)
Large pinch curry powder
Seasoning to taste
1. Break up beef and drain tomatoes.
2. Put all the ingredient except rice into a pan and heat thoroughly. Stir gently all the time. Add rice and heat through.
This may be served with potato instead of rice.
When planning to have this dish, remember the tip that tomatoes have been known to make one feel queasy in bad weather!
